| The KLM-12 Air Conditioner provides perfect heat and humidity in the fermentation chamber, both of which can be controlled separately. It can be directly connected to the main city water supply. The germination of the dough preceding the baking process happens in this chamber. The outer fronts are isolated. Depending on the bread capacity, the chamber can be designed in different sizes. |
