Next day, put the uncooked rice into the tank while the machine is working after filtered the water to a case. Add the water which you filter before little by little and gather with a case the EMULSION which is grounded while flowing. Mix into the emulsion some of milk which you heated for your dessert before. This process needs for emulsion not get lumpy.
